Our team

The host and managing director of the Ueli-Brau-Bar is Stephan Kohler. A native of this part of Basel, this beer connoisseur and his team will look after every guest, pour tasty beers, explain how a new beer is produced in the 100-litre brewing apparatus, serve high-quality food, and even plan your next event.

Concept & Design

We at the Brauerei Fischerstube have created a venue in which Ueli Bier and the local brewing scene can be enjoyed in a setting that is both historic and contemporary. We set up the Ueli-Brau-Bar in Kleinbasel’s Rheingasse in 2021, using elements of the original brewery founded back in 1974.
