Together with the best producers from the region, we have put together a unique and characteristic menu. With the neighbourhood bakery Beschle, we developed the fine Ueli Bier-Treberbrot. Would you like a piece of sausage with it? Maybe the Ueli beer sausage from the Jenzer butcher’s shop or do you prefer the veggie burger, in the Beschle Bun of course, or the indian vegicurry? Or would you prefer some selected cheeses from cheese master Wirth? We also have seasonal specialities, veal liver with Ueli beer sauce and in winter also a fondue room where the legendary Ueli beer fondue is served. Take a look at our menu to discover the whole variety of our region.
Drinks
The first four taps are reserved for the legendary Ueli beers Reverenz, Weizen, Robur and Lager. Two more taps each are reserved forexclusive Ueli beers and Brau-Bar specialities. In addition, we invite friendly breweries to present their beers. A small, regional bottled beer range rounds off our beer offer.
Wine academic Adrian Baumgartner has put together a wine selection thanks to which the best wines from the region can be found in the Ueli-Brau-Bar. You will find a homage to the regional distillery scene at our bar – we serve only gin from Basel! The fine Swiss waters of Gents serve as our mixers.
