Together with the best producers in the region, we’ve created a menu as full of character as our beer. In collaboration with local bakery Beschle, we developed our hearty and wonderfully fresh Ueli Bier spent grain bread. Looking for the perfect companion? Try the Ueli Bier sausage from Jenzer butchery – full of flavour and simply delicious. Or how about our Veggie Burger, served in a freshly baked Beschle bun? Craving a vegan highlight? Our Orecchiette alla Puttanesca brings bold Mediterranean flavours – 100% plant-based. If you’re into something rich and hearty, we recommend a selection of fine cheeses from the locally renowned Wirth’s Huus. In the mood for a seasonal specialty? Try our tender veal liver with Ueli Bier sauce. And when the weather turns cold: welcome to our cosy “Fonduestübli”, where we serve the legendary Ueli Bier fondue.

Drinks
The first four taps are reserved for the legendary Ueli beers Reverenz, Weizen, Robur and Lager. Two more taps each are reserved for exclusive Ueli beers and Brau-Bar specialities. In addition, we invite friendly breweries to present their beers. A small, regional bottled beer range rounds off our beer offer.
Wine academic Adrian Baumgartner has put together a wine selection thanks to which the best wines from the region can be found in the Ueli-Brau-Bar. You will find a homage to the regional distillery scene at our bar – we serve only gin from Basel! The fine Swiss waters of Gents serve as our mixers.
